Jim joined Searle & Co. in 2018 to work with institutional investment management firms and entities seeking to grow and retain assets under management. His prior experience was as a Managing Director at Prologis, JER and Citi Property Investors, and as a Principal with AEW Capital Management where, through his direct efforts and strategic leadership, Jim and his teams raised significant institutional capital worldwide. He graduated from the Woods School at Boston College. Jim is a Registered Representative and holds Series SIE, 7 & 63 FINRA registrations.
